History
A Norwegian scientist, Sigrid Nansen was involved in a laboratory incident which gave her powers over cold and ice. She became her country's representative on the Global Guardians until the appearance of Tora Olafsdotter on the scene. After Tora's death, Sigrid tentatively took up crimefighting, later inducted into the Justice League by Fire. It is assumed that she is still active.
