Created by Grant Morrison and Howard Porter
Major Dan Stone was transformed into a liquid form by the machinations of General Wade Eiling, intended as a hero unswervingly loyal to America. He called himself Flow, and followed Eiling's orders for a time. However, like the rest of the Ultramarines created at the same time, Stone resented this control and went on to form the entirely independent Ultra-Marine Corps in Superbia, a floating city above the ruins of Montevideo. Later changing his name to Glob, Stone became the focus of Ultra-Marine communications. He is currently working to save a crime-ridden micro-Earth alongside half a dozen of his colleagues.
