History

  Andre Twist was just an average teenager, living in Blüdhaven, when the Society dropped the living bomb Chemo on his home city. Chemo's radiation gave young Andre the power to control and manipulate fire at will. After living outside of Blüdhaven for a year, Firebrand joined the Teen Titans and Monolith on an reconnaissance mission in the city. After aiding the Titans, and receiving some inspiring words from deceased Firebrand Rod Reilly, Firebrand continued to serve the forces of justice and has recently attracted the attention of Uncle Sam.
