History

  Because of his vow to fight a war against crime in Central City, Senator Creed Phillips was kidnapped, beaten and left to die next to a crate of plutonium. Its radiation mutated Phillips giving him strange powers and multiple personalities. Phillips went around central City as the Eradicator and disintegrated criminals. After being confronted by the Flash, he realised how wrong he was and disintegrated himself so he could not kill again.
