History

  Herbert Hynde, known as the Earthworm, was the leader of a baby-selling operation. He and his henchmen would purchase infants from poor parents and cash-strapped orphanages, selling them to wealthy childless couples. His operation was brought down by Huntress (Helena Wayne), and he escaped into the sewers.
