History

  Leander Brent is the son of the retired heroes Mr. Might and the Mermaid of the Freedom Brigade, carrying on his parents' legacy. Leander has inherited his father's strength and some of his mother's aquatic powers. On land, however, Leander is extremely clumsy, and therefore took the name 'Awkwardman' when joining other inept second-generation crimefighters to found the Inferior Five.
