History

  A duplicitous woman who heads up an efficient criminal Network, Celia Kazantkakis has a liking for fire, destroying the properties of those who have wronged her in callous arson attacks. Her biggest-scale operation was in Gotham City, where she revenged herself on the Rossetti family, who had ordered the death of her former lover - Lorenzo Rossetti - and attempted to destroy both Wayne Enterprises and Batman. Her son was killed during this operation.
