History

  Lt. Armstrong was a member of U.S. Army Intelligence during World War II. In the late fall of 1941, Armstrong found himself in the Central American country of Costa Blanca, where he faced sadistic Nazi animal trainer Mannfred Otto Jung. Armstrong's further activities have yet to be chronicled.
