| HISTORY |
A hero wannabe of the 30th century who was among the first ones to apply for membership in the Legion of Super-Heroes. Since his only power was to detach his own arm and use it as a weapon to whack his enemies with, he was never inducted. However, his lameness has made him remembered ever since.
[Note: In post-Zero-Hour continuity, the hero Splitter may be a revised version Arm-Fall-Off-Boy.]
