History

Conceived in an alternate timeline, Alexander Luthor was born during the world-and-time-shattering event called the Crisis. In days, he was aged to adulthood due to his body consisting of both positive matter and negative anti-matter. He was one of the agents originally hand-picked by the heroic Monitor to fight the Crisis caused by the evil Anti-Monitor. With his powers, Alexander became a living portal between the positive matter and the anti-matter universes and an invaluable help for the heroes battling the Monitor. At the end of the Crisis, however, Alex realized that he was an anomaly in this universe and left this realm, never to return.

[Note: Alexander Luthor was originally the last survivor of Earth-3, the son of that world’s Luthor and Lois Lane. However, the Crisis in which he played a pivotal part changed the timeline and partly undid itself. In the new timeline, Earth-3 had never existed. Still, Alexander’s involvement is canonical. Possibly the post-Crisis Alexander Luthor came from an alternate timeline instead of a parallel Earth.]
