History

  A US government operative who has undertaken missions for various intelligence departments worldwide. In the course of his missions, he was assigned to keep reigns on Catwoman when she was forced into working for the government. This mission lost him his job; he has since worked for private companies, including Zesti Cola. Whilst working for this company on the island of Santa Prisca he briefly worked with Black Canary.
