HISTORY

Jay Garrick and Carter Hall go way back, both being founding members of the Justice Society and team mates on the All Star Squadron. Jay stood by and supported Carter's decision in 1951 not to reveal their identities before a senate committee. He retired from action in 1951, but has often times, just as Carter has, donned the uniform to fight injustice in the world.
