KT21, the Green Lantern of Jerome, had been promised by the Guardians of the Universe that a new Green Lantern would be appointed to her sector when her son, BJ, was born. They never got around to it.
Little is known of her, save she is a housewife, mother, glass blower and Green Lantern. In one of her few documented missions, her glass blowing skills helped her escape from a group of raiders working for the Warlord Poml.

KT21 had served during the Crisis on Infinite Earths. Working with Medphyll, the two Green Lanterns apprehended Plasma Fig, killer of Sandro Batorn. Plasma Fig was incarcerated in an Oan Sciencell.
