Synopsis:

The Titans arrive in the desert to help Jesse and Damage with whatever it is they are facing out there. It seems that sara is one of the Phantasmoria, a race of mystics who gradually grew apart from society and have gravitated here - the 'ghosts' being a manifestation of their power. However, one of them declares they should destroy the Titans, to prevent anyone finding out about them, and the team soon find themselves battling the likenesses of fallen comrades. With Sara's help, the renegade, Manes, is defeated, and the Titans go on their way, promising not to tell anyone about the Phantasmoria's existence. Damage will remain behind in the desert as he continues to battle his own personal demons.

After the Titans leave, the Phantasmoria remark to themselves that this was a particularly successful deception - Manes is not a renegade at all. And they must keep Damage from knowing what their true purpose is...
