Synopsis:

Dolphin is absolutely furious that the Titans have allowed Tempest to be injured, and takes this out on Flash and Lilith, who although not strictly Titans at the moment, are the only ones on hand.

On the world where the Titans are, Hallucinatra tortures Breegan, presumably to the point of death. The Titans, meanwhile, discover the extent to which the people there are dependant on drugs - the addiction to which kills them at a young age. They are approached by Hallucinatra, who claims that Garvan (Garrett Donovan) was the one who hooked the people, and that although his tyranny was overthrown, the addiction is not so easy to fight. He then asks the Titans to seek Garvan out, and inject him with a substance. Argent is completely unconvinced, and when the others begin to act recklessly in their search, she tries to prevent them. They then turn on her, and Nightwing injects her, saying he must kill her.

And back at S.T.A.R. Labs, where Tempest is under observation, the doctors realise he is addicted to a drug they caanot replicate, in effect, a drug that does not exist.
