The D.E.O. kids aren't overly impressed that the Titans are insisting they go to school, but are very excited when Chsngeling sends them a package containing costumes. The Titans, unaware of this delivery, are asked to meet Dakota Jamison at the D.E.O. orphanage. Jamison is concerned for Kevin, the kids' friend who did not leave the orphanage. He can take over others bodies, and seems to be lost in whatever body he's currently inhabiting. The kids encounter a young man whom Garrett Donovan helps to control his powers, and when they return to the Tower, they meet with Epsilon, who is actually Kevin. They ask him why he stays in the body, and he says that Epsilon is a bad man who doesn't deserve the body. Just then, his real body goes into cardiac arrest and the efforts to revive him boot him out of Epsilon's body. Epsilon immediately turns on the kids and the Titans, destroying Titans tower.
