Synopsis:

The kids who have decided to get the Titans to adopt them reveal that they have meta-human powers, and a confrontation scares on of their number, Nikki, who wanders off. She somehoe causes the security system to go into overdrive and attempt to capture the Titans and some Kordtronics workmen. Once she is calmed down, things return to normal. The Titans vote to allow the kids to stay with them, and Dolphin also moves in, so that she and Cerdian can spend more time with Tempest.
