Synopsis:

Arsenal has a hostile confrontation with D.E.O. agent Dakoa Jamison while the rest of the Titans cope with the bizarre situation of five kids who've suddenly turned up on the island, for sanctuary it seems. After having a brief encounter with a S.T.A.R. Labs experiment gone awry, the Titans decide to hand the kids over to the social services, but the kids turn up back on the island before even Troia can fly back from dropping them off.
