Synopsis:

As Nightwing seeks advice from the Batman, Tempest is woken up by a mental distress call from former Titan Omen (aka Lilith) and gathers the group to rescue her from the clutches of Vandal Savage and Tartarus. They are seriously undermanned, but he leads them effectively, and they are able to rescue Omen. However, not all of the group are able to get out immediately - Tempest has to stay behind. All looks bleak as he is faced with the entirety of Tartarus, but they are split by divisions within the group and destroy themselves with little help from him - not that the rest of the Titans need to know it wasn't entirely Tempest's doing, of course...

Also, the real Flash returns to Titans HQ to discover a call for help from Ryand'r, Starfire's brother.
