Partly for compassionate reasons and partly to bring this debate to an end, Starfire puts Adeline Wilson out of her misery with a well-aimed starbolt, which stuns the Titans and enrages Deathstroke. It also serves to put the drones of the H.I.V.E against the Titans, apart from Justin, who is selected by Vandal Savage to become the new Red Panzer when the current Panzer is killed by Damien Darhk. The H.I.V.E. have been manipulating natural disasters in the nation of Zandia in order to attract attention from a variety of super-heroes, and then to kill them with a nuclear bomb. Cyborg contains the radiation from the blast within his omegadrone body. Darhk, now the leader of the H.I.V.E., is stabbed by Lady Vic but survives due to blood infusions he had received from the H.I.V.E. mistress which make him more or less immortal. Savage disappears with the rest of the Tartarus group (save Cheshire who is taken to a hospital by Argent). |
