Synopsis:

Jesse Quick alerts the Titans to a problem - Velocity 10, a drug which gives its users excessive speed and agression, has reared its head in New York. They take one of those affected (Chanda's room-mate, the coincidence of which reunites the Titans with Lian and Chanda) to Sarah Charles at S.T.A.R. Labs and go after the source, where Tempest, Argent, Damage, Starfire and Cyborg are themselves injected with the drug.

Also Vandal Savage hires Lady Vic and tells Anthony Monetti, Argent's father, to increase the street supply of V-10 as much as possible.
