Superboy is finally ready to tell his Teen Titans team-mates about his heritage - that his DNA is part-Superman, part-Lex Luthor. But Luthor activates a protocol which makes Superboy his drone, attacking the other Titans. Meanwhile, the Outsiders believe that Shift has betrayed them, but they soon learn the truth - Indigo harbours a much deadler being, Brainiac 8, who turns on the Outsiders even as the Teen Titans request their help in standing against Superboy.
