Synopsis:

The Teen Titans have arrived to rescue Green Arrow from Doctor Light and discover that the formerly ineffectual foe is much more dangerous than he used to be. One by one, he attacks and stuns them, demonstrating far greater control of his powers over light than he has ever demonstrated before. He then drags Speedy to his captive, Green Arrow, hoping to kill the Emerald Archer's protégé in front of him. He is then interrupted, first by Dove and the new Hawk, and then by a large group of young heroes, proving that there are far more Teen Titans those currently on the team. Titans Together!
