Synopsis

Dick Grayson has returned to Haly's Circus, where he finds that various accidents have brought it close to bankrupcy. Something seems suspicious, however, and with the help of a young man called Tim who has been following him (and who knows he is Nightwing) he tracks down those responsible for the accidents. He then agrees to become co-owner of the circus, and is given evidence by Tim of Batman's loss of control.
