Synopsis:
To save his father's life, Starman must again face the son of the Mist. Each armed with one of Ted Knight's stellar energy weapons, the two battle in the night sky over Opal City - to the death. Elsewhere, the Shade reveals his own agenda, shifting the balance of power in the city once more.
