Synopsis:

The Spectre sits in judgment of humanity, and even the Phantom Stranger may not be able to stay his hand. Forces begin to gather against the Spectre, and the secret to what drives him may be found in the distant past, as Father Craemer learns when he is confonted by the Phantom Stranger.
