Synopsis:

His full power at last restored, Dream idly broods in a New York park, feeding pigeons. The completion of his quest has left him strangely disappointed and unsure of what to do next. He is greeted warmly by his sister, Death, who vainly tries to cheer him up, then then bitterly scolds him for indulging his dejection. He glumly accompanies her on her rounds, as she collects the dying, young and old, encouraging them to greet their end with good cheer. Watching her work remind him of his own responsibilities. His sister has given him the solace he sought.
