Synopsis:

Majestic battles the heroes of Metropolis, trying to persuade them that their efforts to stop the Time Storm are pointless. They are unconvinced, but once a wave of energy has passed through the city, they see the truth: that the time storm has swept through the city, removing the Brainiac-13 technology, but otherwise leaving it undamaged.
