Comment: This story re-introduces Project Cadmus, the new Newsboy Legion and other elements from Jack Kirby's run on Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen into the post-Crisis DC Universe. While the original Newboy Legion's Golden Age appearances are still in-continuity the entire Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen run is no longer considered part of continuity.
