Synopsis:

Superman has a bad day in both his heroic identity and as Clark Kent. Lois tracks down the warehouse where he is conducting research on Lex Luthor, and because he cannot tell her why he is doing this, she fears for his sanity. And his friend John Henry Irons, learning that his body can never withstand the stress of becoming Steel again, dons the aegis armour and is taken over by it completely. When he attacks his own niece, he realises what he has become, but cannot overcome the call to Apokolips. Superman must help Natasha rebuild her life with her uncle gone.
