Synopsis:

The Silver Banshee comes to Metropolis, using a Daily Planet employee as a host and terrorising the citizens on Hallowe'en night. One of the people she encounters is the Creeper, who is wracked with guilt in his civilian identity over causing the death of his cameraman, Jermaine Guzman. She is soon defeated by Superman, but her ctions have left a deep impression on Jack Ryder/Creeper. Elsewhere, Doomsday discovers that killing people does not release positive endorphins in his brain, and decides he must pursue this concept further.
