Synopsis:

A time-storm rages over Metropolis and the Man of Steel is nowhere to be found. Life goes on, however, with the people of the city of tomorrow making up for Superman's absence in many acts of selfless heroism while the scientists and heroes of the city try to answer the riddle of the storms. As Lois Lane tries to make a news story from all of this, she finds the technically-advanced building she is standing on is now crumbling. She is soon rescued, but not by the man she expects. A complete stranger sweeps her out of harm's way.
