Synopsis:

The Shadowdragon is determined to get his hands on technology that could help his native country of Bhutran. But Superman is in his way. Lois hopes Clark can get back in time for New Year's Eve countdown. Meanwhile the Saviour is still murdering liars, and Jimmy Olsen is becoming increasingly worried about Babe's vampiric tendencies.
