Comment:
This story takes place over a whole year. The Topeka feature and this issue's second story

Synopsis:
Gary and Denise are two ordinary people whose lives are directly affected by the actions
of the world's super-heroes and hardly get to see each other because of their jobs - he a
member of Metrocorps, who often clean up after disasters, and she a reporter. From differing
perspectives they experience the inauguration of president Luthor, the White Martian attack,
Our Worlds at War, Last Laugh and more.

Synopsis:
