Synopsis:

Cat Grant acts as prize-giver for an essay-writing competition just outside Fawcett City. Mary Bromfield is the runner-up in this competition, and Jose Delgado attends in order to see, though not meet, Cat. The ceremony is attacked by the Arson Fiend, and as everyone finds themselves locked in, both Mary and Jose must change to their superhero identities of the female Captain Marvel and Gangbuster to save the day. Cat and Gangbuster have a tense, brief reunion and the Arson Fiend is captured. It is discovered that the Fiend's nephew had organised the attack in order to appear and rescue everyone, so winning Mary's heart. Cat wishes that Gangbuster had stayed around afterwards.

Second Story: [Storm's Clearing Part 2] "Chasing the Clouds Away" (10 Pages)

Synopsis:

As part of his rehabilitation, Ronnie Raymond has to confront his father and work through various issues with him. After this, his counsellor decides to discharge him, as he is beginning to deal with the issues which brought him to this point.

Synopsis:

Fire and Cruiser are involved in an accident which leaves them cold, tired and snowbound. They swap their life stories, and as she begins to drift into unconsciousness, which would be fatal following her concussion, Fire sees a vision of her late friend Ice, who helps her decide to live.
