Synopsis:
Visiting the town of Charlotte, Supergirl encounters three scientists who seem to be causing a disturbance underground which threatens the city. A robotic being approaches the city from space, looking for the very crystals the scientists were investigating. However, he sees in Supergirl, a "self-repairing organic unit" something far more wonderful and decides to use her for a host body, reverting her to protoplasmic form and taking her aboard his ship.

Synopsis:
Argus encounters a young man who is using a device to dissolve the clothes from the models at a fashion show, but as the man happens to be the darling son of the show's organiser, nothing is done, save that he suffers the same embarrassment as the models. He then investigates getting a new costume, and realises he must go to MacAlistaire and pay many thousands of dollars for state-of-the-art body armour.
