Synopsis:

Woody, the dummy carved from the gallows wood, incites Arnold Wesker to kill his cellmate Donnegan, and the two of them escape from Blackgate together. They get together costumes more befitting their status as soon-to-be crimelords, and Woody tries to teach Wesker to be a better ventriloquist, with little success. But no matter, he's ready to take on Gotham - from now on, call him Scarface!

Monarch reveals that when Dove died, her powers flowed into him, making him more powerful than either of them ever were. He overpowers Waverider and takes his temporal wristband - now, as Extant, he'll be able to do horrendous damage to time and space...
