Synopsis:

Following Arizona's attack, Catwoman is determined to get to the bottom of the problems on Storrow Street, soon discovering that the people are in fear of the police, and that all the shop fronts are fakes, all bought out by the same people via a number of holding companies. Her surveillance is spotted however, and as she follows a car from the strret, a man pops up from the boot with a machine gun...

Second Story: "See Maldor or Die!" or "Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Blue Devil" (10 Pages)

Blue Devil and Morty make good their escape from the planet Maldor, pursued by the robotic Enforcers as well as the human Ironmongers. Upon arrival on Earth they are forced to use a different teleport tube that the one they got to Maldor through, winding up in the headquarters of the Justice League.

Third Story: "A Mind is a Terrible Thing...!, Part Two" (10 Pages)

Red Star and Sarah Charles are delighted that Cyborg is back, but unfortunately their presence in his late father's cabin sets off a defence system which causes Cyborg to attack them and ultimately destroys his mind once again, leaving everyone back where they were at the beginning.
