Synopsis:

The Sovereigns are adapting to life in Crossroads, but not everyone is pleased about their presence. Meanwhile, a dangerous being named Skin Dance is transforming innocent people into powerful and destructive villains going on killing sprees. It's up to Cascade and Co to stop them.
