Synopsis:

Robin attends Spoiler's funeral and tells Batman that although he plans to continue as Robin, he will do it away from Gotham City while Dana is treated for grief (over the loss of her husband, Tim's father) in Blüdhaven. Here, he plans to disrupt criminal operations by planting a mole in each of the gangs present in the city. His presence soon attracts the unwelcome attention of Nightwing's enemy Shrike, but thankfully Robin has help as well, as Batgirl arrives on the scene.
