Synopsis:

Sheriff Smith and Deputy Chambers discover some nasty animal mutilations, and are concerned that humans might be attacked next. Blue Beetle and Robin also discover the 'crime' scene, and set out in pursuit, soon informed by Oracle that the culprit is most likely Tezcatlipoca. They track him to Myrddin Tower, a large apartment block, and discover building superintendent Bridgette Clancy running scared from the man-jaguar. They fight both Tezcat and his lover Panara, with Clancy's help, and administer the anti-Joker serum, though the two cats get away. During the excitement, it appears that Clancy and Beetle fall for each other.
