Synopsis:

Having rescued Cairo, Thunderbolt comes under attack from Tekk, unaware that he is actually her chauffeur, Antoine. Cairo enjoys the charade and does not call things off until the Justice League arrive on the scene, having been seeking out Thunderbolt. Evila and Andreas Havoc bring a number of dinosaurs from Skartaris to London to defeat Thunderbolt, while Cairo, who is the head of Scorpio, decides it's time to get rid of Johnny Wheeler.
