Synopsis:

Peter is unsettled by the beginnings of a romance with Cairo, but must put that aside to fight Krater, 'gifted' with a force field by the Dominators gene bomb a few years ago. Krater wants to defeat Thunderbolt and grab the headlines, but is instead made a laughing stock. Meanwhile, in Austanberg, Havoc learns that Thunderbolt is still alive.
