Other Characters: Mr Fry, Mr Toast (owners of the Glitterbar); Miss Morton (a television reporter)
Comments: Peter remembers his first encounter with Evila in this issue, in what is presumably a condensed retelling of the events of Thunderbolt #51, a reminiscence rather than a flashback with new material
Synopsis:
D.I. Flint learns that the end to the peace between London's gangs is largely due to the influence of international crime cartel Scorpio, while Peter Cannon learns more about the British way of life, and particularly journalism. He then learns that Evila has resurfaced in a London museum, and sets out to defeat her for a second time. When he does encounter her, she claims to have encountered him many times previously.
