Synopsis:

Arsenal is in serious trouble. Since the new group of Outsiders formed, Batman has been feeding him intelligence on various criminal activities, or so he thought - his informer is actually Deathstroke, who has been unmasked and now plans to kill him. Following a brutal fight, Deathstroke sees Arsenal's recent injuries, including the gunshot wound to the heart, and surmises that he deserves a break, just once, and so leaves him alive. When the Outsiders gather at their HQ, Arsenal reveals that he has discovered various problems that look like sabotage - the Outsiders have a traitor, and he's not going to let anyone leave until they discover who it is.
