Synopsis:

Nightwing leads Arsenal and his new group of heroes in battle against Gorilla Grodd and his army, who have invaded New York. The president is in the city, and plans are made to evacuate him. He has to be rescued by Jade en route to his safe house, and when he arrives there, he is confronted by numerous dead secret service agents, and the Joker.
