Synopsis:

Blockbuster has arranged for Nightwing's apartment building to be blown up, killing 34 people. Nightwing hits the streets of Blüdhaven, tracking down Blockbuster's known associate and strongly 'suggesting' that they end their association. Street thugs, the Trigger Twins, Brutale, Stallion and particularly Mouse and Giz who planted the explosives, all face his wrath. Meanwhile, Lady Vic has been sent after Tarnatula to remind her that she should not go against Blockbuster's wishes. Tarnatula shoots her in the chest. Finally, Nightwing discovers that Blockbuster blames him for the death of his mother, which goes a long way towards explaining the crime lord's recent behaviour. Arriving at Blockbuster's place he is confronted by perhaps his worst adversary, Shrike.
