Synopsis:

After a run-in with some rogue recyclers in his Nightwing persona, Dick Grayson comes on duty as a cop to discover that his adoptive father Bruce Wayne has been charged with first degree murder and the media are having a field day. He manages to arrange a roster swap so that he has to take some Bludhaven convicts to the Shreck prison in Gotham and takes the opportunity to get a brief amount of time alone with Wayne in his police cell. However, Wayne is not overly welcoming and specifically forbids Dick from helping him out in any way.

Meanwhile, Dudley Soames and Tad Ryserstad initiate their escape from Lockhaven by getting guard Aaron Helzinger's food laced with a drug which unleashes his violent mood swings, eventually leading to a fire breaking out in one of the blocks.
