Synopsis:

Nightwing interrupts a hold-up and discovers the next morning that a hostage he saw faint actually died of a heart attack. When he and Rohrbach hear that a suspect in the robbery has been sighted, they pursue, as do two cops Rohrbach knows to be corrupt - Richer and Hicks. Grayson gets to the supect's hiding place as quickly as possible, Rohrbach having warned him that the guy probably has dirt on Richter and that Richter is unlikely to be pleased about that. Grayson tries to get him to surrender, but fails, and the guy is shot in cold blood with no warning by Richter. And the worst thing about it is that Grayson and Rohrbach know that Richter will never answer for this execution.
