Synopsis:

Dylan and Kate test out the abilities of her Manhunter suit, which Dylan has keyed into her bioelectrical signature. Although things are looking up on the vigilante front, her personal life is spiralling out of control, as Peter is planning to sue her for sole custody of their son Ramsey, and she has been given the task of prosecuting Shadow Thief for Firestorm's murder, a case which the Justice League are naturally very interested in. That night, Kate tries to track Shadow Thief down and battles him at the local cemetery. She injures him and the JLA, arriving on the scene, ensure that he is taken into custody.
